Yoga Classes

We have 3 yoga classes a week, designed to help you find balance, build strength, and enhance flexibility while reducing stress. Based on a range of yoga styles from Hatha to Vinyasa flow, the classes include static and dynamic stretches, balances and twists combined with pranayama breathing practice and relaxation with adaptions and options for all abilities and ages.

Whether you have practised yoga before or are just starting out, we will be guided through poses and breathing techniques. Join us in a calming and supportive environment where you can focus on your well-being.

Classes are 7pm Tuesday, 10am Thursday and 9:45am Saturday. Book Now

Tuesday and Saturday classes have stronger options and are 1 hour. Thursday is a slower flow and 45 minutes, perfect for beginners and a relaxing way to start your Thursday morning.
