We have 3 yoga classes a week designed to improve the range of motion of your joints, stretch your muscles , increase your mobility and flexibility  and promote a sense of well being for your mind. Based on a range of yoga styles from Hatha to Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow.  The classes include static and dynamic stretches, balances and twists combined with pranayama breathing practice and relaxation with adaptions and options for all abilities and ages.
