8.00 – 9.00 HIIT & LIFT LEAN
9.30 – 10.30 KETTLERCISE & BALLET BE FIT
11.00 – 12.00 LIFT LEAN & FITNESS PILATES
12.30 – 13.30 STEP AND TONE & YOGA
14.00 – 15.00 KETTLERCISE & BUMS & TUMS
All sessions must be booked before the day and it is necessary to complete a Health & Physical Assessment questionnaire beforehand.
Our Covid-19 guidelines and risk assessment are available on our website and should be read prior to attending the session.
Each participant can book a one hour session and take part in both taster classes. After the session participants must leave the studio to allow for cleaning before the next session is due to begin.
