This high-energy workout targets the major muscle groups through a variety of exercises, including squats, lunges, presses, and curls, with adjustable dumbbell weights to suit all fitness levels. Pump is perfect for those looking to tone their physique, enhance strength, and boost overall fitness in a supportive and energetic group setting.

Classes are 6:15pm Tuesday, 6:30pm Wednesday and 9:25am Thursday, Book Now
