    A gentler version of our Ballet Be Fit Class. An hour of working on your balance at the barre, co-ordination and movement through music. Suitable for those with limits to their movement and flexibility and for ladies over 50 or new to exercise.

    A fun 45 minute, strengthening class using body weight and weighted exercises with dumbells and kettlebells plus cardio and a round for the leg bums and tums!

    A fun 45 minute, strengthening class using body weight and weighted exercises with dumbells and kettlebells plus cardio and a round for the leg bums and tums! You can start with light weights and build up your strength, no previous weight training is necessary. The class is run by experienced coaches who will monitor your technique.
