Spaces on our Pilates courses in 2026

Starting the week commencing 5th January, we’re excited to launch our new Pilates courses at Skipton Health & Fitness. With classes running across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, there’s something to suit everyone — from Back to Basics & Beyond to dedicated Pilates Basics and Mobility & Stability sessions. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to build strength, confidence and mobility, you’ll be supported by our experienced instructors Penny & Nicola.
