NEW course starting after half-term

The Course Sessions ( Also 2 online classes a week in the Group)

Week 1 – Wednesday 2nd November at 19:15 – 20:45 or Sunday 6th November 9am – 10:30
A general introduction to the course plus a questionnaire on an issues followed by a relaxing Pilates class (Wednesday) or a Lift Lean class (weights) on Sunday.

Week 2 – Facebook Live – Hormones, what they do, why they do it and how we can support them.
Week 3 – Facebook Live – Female Health Conditions -lifestyle management and stress
Week 4 – Facebook Live – Menopause and Me
Week 5 – Facebook Live – Supplements

Week 6 – Facebook Live – – Wednesday 7th December at 19:15 – 20:45 or Sunday 6th November 9am – 10:30
A conclusion and questions session in the studio followed by a relaxing Pilates class (Wednesday) or a Lift Lean class (weights) on Sunday.
