Starting the week commencing 5th January, we’re excited to launch our new Pilates courses at Skipton Health & Fitness. With classes running across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, there’s something to suit everyone — from Back to Basics & Beyond to dedicated Pilates Basics and Mobility & Stability sessions. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to build strength, confidence and mobility, you’ll be supported by our experienced instructors Penny & Nicola.
Join our coach and yoga teacher Jenny Hannigan for some timeout this September and get a change of scenery for your Yoga classes at her 5-day September Serenity Yoga Retreat. Take some time out and reset, restore, and reconnect as we embrace the final days of Summer & transition into Autumn.

Our new Trigger Point Pilates® class combines Pilates’ core moves with trigger point release and clinical Myofascial principles to help alleviate chronic pain and tightness using equipment. The class is designed to release tight muscles enhance functional daily movement, help with sport’s performance and restructure the body.
Yoga is a journey. Even after 25 years of practice our resident yogi and coach Jenny loves to build her own practice and share yoga with our members. In 2022 Jenny started 6 months of the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course with her long time yoga teacher Susie Dennis at Ilkley Yoga Centre.
Bookings now being taken to join our 4 week June Fit Camp. 25 classes a week for choose from Choose 2 classes a week for only £40 (£5 a class) Classes are suitable for beginners and we offer more intense workout options too!
Our standard membership costs are £54.95 per month. Payment is by Direct Debit on 1st of every month.
